LOSS in pre 2006 arrears for Jawaans and Veer Naaris

Dear Veterans and Veer Naari's,

                                                   All of you may be aware and also be expecting arrears due to Supreme Court orders. Banks started posting arrears. In Kerala some of the MRC veterans have received arrears along with pension.Their pension acct is with SBI. To our utter dismay it is exactly as per Cir 547. Further reliable sources informed all banks will credit arrears for JCOs,NCOs&ORs before 15 Oct 2015. Enough reasons and expected arrears were extensively discussed over the FB and mails . Here is a sample calculation for the loss occurring to the sepoy rank.

Similarly heavy loss is incurred by JCOs,NCOs&ORs and their equivalent ranks also suffer. This is Due to misinterpretation of the SC order.

          As we have mentioned earlier, ESSAA will file a suite in supreme court. For this a team of Experts from Banking background has been formed. All JCOs,NCOS&ORS and equivalents from NAVY and Air Force may join us by registering with us. Veer Naaries are also requested to join and get benifitted. A Sum of Rs 550/= from veterans and Rs300/= from Veer naaries is fixed as initial contribution for the cause. Higher amount is welcomed .Contributions can be made in the form of cheques ,DD or NEFT .
